How marketers use quality to create customer value ?

Answer : “Customer Value is the perception of what a product or service is worth to a Customer versus the possible alternatives. Worth means whether the Customer feels s/he or he got benefits and services over what s/he paid”

According to this definition, to some customers paying a lower price of a product can generate value, whereas to some it may be to buy expensive products as it helps build their image in society. But there is also one aspect of customer value and that is high quality of the product. When the quality of product so offered to the customer is top-notch, has all the features necessary to make it a great product, it leads to high customer value mainly because of customer satisfaction. Good quality also helps in augmenting the brand reputation of the organization amidst competition. It helps in retention of customer recording a better customer loyalty.

Marketers are aware of what consumers think about their product, and they use this in the advertising and marketing plans. They push quality over other driving factors of marketing only to reiterate the factor of quality in the minds of the consumer.
